Segment three, consisting of chapters 4 and 5, illustrates various techniques, preparations, processes, stages and components of interviews, to be followed before the interview, during the interview and after the interview and by both, the interviewee (candidate) and interviewer (employer) so that the net outcome is win-win situation for both (employer and candidate), i.e. the candidate gets a satisfying career/job and employer gets a suitable employee.
